About this website
This website shares information about Deerwood Place Estates, a 55+ community in North Nanaimo, British Columbia, and about homes for sale within the community. Homes are sold directly through the community's on-site home sales office.
Deerwood Place Estates is not a real estate brokerage, and our community staff are not licensed real estate agents. We do not provide legal, financial, tax or real estate advice. We encourage every buyer and seller to get independent advice from a lawyer, notary, lender or other qualified professional before entering into an agreement.
